This is why we’re so proud to recognize several of our associates for receiving an exclusive invite to attend an annual rest and relaxation retreat in sunny Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This is a huge deal for these individuals who have been working towards an invitation over the past twelve months. These team members had to show a wiliness to learn, overcome challenges, develop team members, and be all-around, well-rounded rock star team members.
Only individuals who have shown off their hard work throughout the year have received a nod for the all-expenses-paid vacation. This trip is one way we say thank you to them for their commitment to Eclipse California’s mission and values. Those chosen to attend are excited to explore this new location.
